1. Overview

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • You must send supporting documents including:
    • A valid ID (e.g., ID card, driver’s license, or passport)
    • A complete bank payment receipt for the transaction

⚠️ Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.


2. Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about:

  • Receipt confirmation
  • Approval or rejection of the refund

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing time may vary
  3. Contact your bank — some processing delays are normal

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To exchange an item for the same product:

  1. Email us at support@sghotbi.com
  2. Send the product to the return address below

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was delivered to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


7. Shipping Returns

Send returned items to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
